How to place an order
- Navigate to your organization’s menu website by visiting lookup.nutrislice.com or via the Nutrislice app
- Log in to your Nutrislice user account. Not sure how to log in?
- Select the location and meal type you would like to place an order for.
- Add the food items you would like to order to your cart. Not sure how to add items to your cart?
- Click on the bag icon in the upper right corner of your view to proceed to the Checkout Page
- Fill out the recipient information and all required fields on the Checkout Page. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
- Select payment option
If your organization does not require payment through Nutrislice, any payment for your order will not be processed through the Nutrislice interface. In this case, you will not be prompted to select a payment option. - Submit your order
- Once your order has been successfully submitted, a Confirmation Page will appear with your order's details. Your order's details will also be sent to the email address connected to your Nutrislice user account
If you would like to place another order, click the Start Another Order button to begin your new order
Who should I contact if there are issues with my order?
Nutrislice Support is only able to answer questions regarding our software interface. For questions or issues regarding the content of your order, canceling an in-progress order, or other inquiries regarding menu options or order fulfillment, we recommend reaching out to the local contact listed at the bottom of your Order Confirmation email.
Can I place orders for more than one day at a time?
If your organization has enabled multi-day ordering, you can submit an order that contains selections for up to 30 separate days. If your organization does not have multi-day ordering enabled, orders can only be placed for one day at a time.
Can I place orders for more than one person at a time?
One person's name & payment information will be connected to your cart at the time of checkout.
If you are trying to place orders for multiple recipients, we recommend submitting orders for one person at a time. Once you have successfully submitted the orders for the first recipient and your cart is clear, you can add and submit items for the next recipient.
